CCBS 예수 그리스도 대한민국 세계 칭찬주인공 제1호 선정
CCBS 방송은 지난 2026년 2월 1일 인류 역사 속에서 사랑과 희생으로
세상을 변화시킨 예수 그리스도를 대한민국 칭찬주인공이자 세계 칭찬주인공 통합 제1호로 선정했다고 공식 발표했다
이번 선정은 시대와 국경을 초월해 인류에게 사랑 용서 희생의 가치를 전해온
예수 그리스도의 정신을 기리고 현대 사회에 칭찬과 존중의 문화를 확산하기 위한 취지로 진행됐다
CCBS는 분열과 갈등이 심화되는 오늘날 예수 그리스도의 가르침이 인류 공동체에
다시 한번 중요한 방향성을 제시하고 있다고 설명했다
CCBS방송을 비롯해 칭찬합시다뉴스, 칭찬위원연합회,
무궁화신문, 예수성화연구원 예성회 ,칭찬사관학교가 공동으로 주관하고 주최했다
공동 주관 단체들은 예수 그리스도의 사랑과 나눔의 정신이 개인을 넘어 사회 전반에 긍정적인 변화를 이끌 수 있다고 강조했다
관계자들은 예수 그리스도의 가르침은 종교적 의미를 넘어 인류 보편의 가치로서 존중과 배려 화해와 평화의 메시지를 담고 있다며 이번 선정을 통해 칭찬 문화가 일상 속에서 실천되고 확산되기를 기대한다고 밝혔다
대표회장 백종찬은 칭찬은 사람과 사회를 변화시키는 가장 강력한 힘이며
예수 그리스도는 인류 역사상 가장 위대한 칭찬의 주인공이라고 말했다 또한 이번 선정이 사랑과 희생의 정신을
오늘의 삶 속에서 실천하는 계기가 되기를 바란다고 전했다
한편 CCBS와 공동 주관 단체들은 앞으로
예수 그리스도의 정신을 기리는
문화 예술 교육 프로그램을 지속적으로 추진하고
국내외를 아우르는 칭찬 문화 확산 활동을 통해 건강한 사회 가치 형성에 기여할 계획이다

CCBS Korean Broadcasting officially announced on February 1 2026 that Jesus Christ who transformed the course of human history through love and sacrifice has been selected as the Korea Praise Honoree and Global Praise Honoree Integrated No. 1
This selection was made to honor the spirit of Jesus Christ who transcended time and national boundaries to deliver the universal values of love forgiveness and sacrifice to humanity and to promote a culture of praise and respect in modern society CCBS explained that in an era marked by deepening division and conflict the teachings of Jesus Christ continue to offer essential guidance to the global community
The event was jointly organized and hosted by CCBS Korean Broadcasting Praise Let Us News the Praise Committee Federation Mugunghwa Newspaper the Jesus Sacred Art Research Institute and the Praise Officer Academy The co hosting organizations emphasized that the spirit of love and sharing demonstrated by Jesus Christ can bring positive and meaningful change to individuals and society as a whole
Officials involved stated that the teachings of Jesus Christ extend beyond religious significance and embody universal human values such as respect compassion reconciliation and peace They expressed hope that through this selection a culture of praise will be actively practiced and spread throughout everyday life
Baek Jong Chan Chairman stated that praise is the most powerful force capable of transforming people and society and that Jesus Christ stands as the greatest praise honoree in human history He added that this selection is intended to serve as an opportunity to put the spirit of love and sacrifice into practice in contemporary society
Meanwhile CCBS and the co hosting organizations plan to continue promoting cultural artistic and educational programs that honor the spirit of Jesus Christ and to expand praise culture initiatives both domestically and internationally contributing to the formation of healthy and positive social values
