As generative AI reshapes the way people search and interact online, traditional consumer behavior models are showing their limits. In this new environment, SynapseCo Architant Maidas-ha introduces the AISPUS Consumer Response Model, a framework that integrates consumer actions and reactions into a continuous cycle, redefining marketing strategies for the AI-driven age.
From Behavior to Response :
The original AISPUS model followed six stages: Attention → Interest → Search → Purchase → Use → Synergy. In the AI search era, however, the “Search” stage evolves into AQA (AI Question & Ask), where consumers engage in interactive Q&A with AI systems. Each query, click, review, or follow-up question becomes reaction data, feeding back into the structure and reinforcing the cycle.
Cycle Marketing (순환마케팅) :
Unlike linear funnel strategies, Cycle Marketing (순환마케팅) emphasizes the reuse of consumer response data. Every interaction is archived as a digital asset, strengthening brand credibility in AI-driven search results. This cyclical approach transforms companies from advertisers into structural designers and managers, responsible for recording, archiving, and reactivating consumer responses.
Interaction and Digital Archiving :
In the AI search environment, consumer reactions are not ephemeral—they are recorded, archived, and reintroduced into the system. This creates a synergy where data from consumer interactions generates new attention, sustaining the cycle. The integration of MSAI-ICOM frameworks further supports non-linear interaction flows, where multiple consumer pathways converge into a unified structure.
Conclusion:
The evolution from consumer behavior to consumer response is not merely a change in terminology—it is a structural adaptation to the AI era. As Maidas-ha emphasizes, “In the age of AI search, consumer questions and responses become the very foundation of brand existence.” Companies must now design, archive, and circulate responses as part of their digital asset strategy, ensuring relevance and credibility in a rapidly shifting environment.
